Why this site exists
Almost every watch site sorts by price. The expensive watches go at the top, the cheap ones at the bottom, and the implication is that one is better than the other. That is a claim about budget, not about watches.
The other habit is the shortlist: ten watches someone else likes, presented as the answer. Taste in watches is personal, and a case that looks right on one wrist reads as clutter on another. So this site does the opposite — it lists what there is and gives you the means to narrow it down yourself.
What is listed
Everything in stock at the retailers this site works with, across the brands they carry. Not a selection, not a top ten. If it can be bought today, it belongs here, whether it costs two hundred pounds or twenty thousand.
Every watch carries the same fields — case size and material, dial, crystal, movement, calibre, strap, clasp, water resistance — so two watches from different brands can be read side by side. Most retailer listings give you whatever the manufacturer’s marketing happened to mention.
Nothing is scored out of ten. A number implies a precision that does not exist in design judgement, and it invites people to compare things that are not comparable.
Where opinion comes in
Two places, and they are both labelled. Handpicked favourites on the homepage is a short row of watches we rate. Editor’s choice is a single watch, changed from time to time.
That is the extent of it. The rest of the catalogue is not ranked, weighted, or arranged to steer you anywhere.
Saving and comparing
The heart on any watch adds it to a shortlist, and the shortlist lines watches up against each other, specification by specification. No account is needed — it is stored in your browser, which also means it stays on the device you saved it on.
We don’t decide what is worth your money. You do.
How we make money
Some links to retailers are affiliate links. If you follow one and buy something, the retailer pays us a commission out of their margin. You pay the same price you would have paid anyway.
We do not sell watches. We are not a dealer, we hold no stock, and we have no financial interest in which retailer you use.

How the writing is produced
Descriptions are written for this site rather than reproduced from manufacturer or retailer copy. They are drafted with AI from the manufacturer’s own specifications and reviewed before a watch is published. Brand histories are researched from published sources and produced the same way.
We think that is worth stating plainly rather than leaving you to wonder. Specifications are read from the same source material, so an occasional field will be wrong or missing. If you spot one, tell us and it gets corrected.
What this site is not
It is not a shop, an auction house, or a valuation service. It does not track prices or tell you what a watch is worth on the secondary market. It does not authenticate watches, and nothing here should be treated as investment advice — watches are things to wear, and treating them as assets usually ends badly.
