Acctim

Acctim is a British company better known for clocks than for watches. For most of a century it has been a fixture of British homes and offices, making wall clocks, mantel clocks, alarm clocks and, since radio-controlled movements became cheap, a great many clocks that set themselves from the Anthorn time signal.

The watches are a small part of what it does. They are inexpensive, functional and sold on the same basis as the clocks, which is that they should work, be readable, and not cost much.
