Limit 60274 Stone Set Bracelet Watch - W77262
Ref. 60274
Sits in Limit’s upper tier here — more premium than three quarters of the Limit watches we list, which start at £15.
Price range £15 to £60 across 21 Limit watches in stock.Designed squarely for evening wear, this is a watch that functions primarily as a bracelet. The bezel is set all the way around with costume stones, and that same treatment carries across every link of the narrow band, so the whole piece reads as a single continuous object on the wrist rather than a watch attached to a strap. The black sunray dial keeps things deliberately spare — silver baton indices, no numerals, nothing to interrupt the reflective surface. At 26mm the head is small enough to sit as jewellery does, close and flat, and in strong ambient light the polished surfaces do most of the work of legibility. There is no lume, which is consistent with what this watch is for: rooms with chandeliers rather than darkness.

Learn more about Limit
Limit has been sold in Britain since 1912, and for most of that time it has occupied one position without much deviation: the cheapest watch in the shop that is still worth owning.
It sits under Time Products, the same ownership as Sekonda and Accurist, which gives all three shared sourcing and distribution across British jewellers, catalogue retailers and department stores.
The range is deliberately conservative — plain dials, Roman or baton markers, gold-plated and stainless cases, leather and bracelet straps, mostly quartz with a small number of mechanical models. Pocket watches remain part of the catalogue, which few brands can still say.
It is a first watch, a school watch, a work watch and a gift watch, and it has been all four for over a century without pretending to be anything else.

Frequently asked questions, and things you should know about this watch
Will the glass scratch?
It can, over time. Mineral glass handles daily wear but will pick up fine scratches that sapphire would not.
Does it need a battery?
No. It is hand-wound, so it needs winding every day or two but never a battery.
Is it a men's or women's watch?
Listed as women's.
