Gold Watches
Gold-toned watches, which at the prices here means plating and PVD rather than solid metal. If you are after gold as a material rather than a colour, the Solid Gold section is the one you want.

PVD is the more durable of the two. It bonds a hard coating to steel at the molecular level and resists scratching considerably better than traditional gold plating, which sits on the surface and wears through at the high points first: bracelet edges, the crown, the lugs. Neither is permanent. Expect a few years of daily wear before edges start to show, longer if the watch spends time in a drawer.
Warmer yellow tones read as more traditional and sit well against darker dials; paler champagne finishes are less obtrusive. The median here is under GBP 200, so this is a section where the finish is the point rather than the movement.
