The Jazzmaster collection has always sat slightly apart from Hamilton's tool-watch heritage — dressier in intent, aimed at people who want a little theatre with their timekeeping. The Open Heart takes that a step further by cutting away the dial at the centre so the escapement is visible to anyone who glances down. It is not a full skeleton, which would risk becoming overwhelming; the surrounding smoked blue dial keeps the layout legible, with baton markers and sword hands reading cleanly, while the aperture does its work quietly beneath them. The H-10 movement inside earns its keep on two counts.
