A faithful re-creation of the 1983 original, the DW-5000R carries the same flat bezel profile and brick-pattern dial that defined the first G-Shock. The 42.3 × 48.9mm resin case houses a stainless steel inner core, with a screw-lock caseback adding structural integrity. Colour accents in red, blue, and yellow punctuate the black dial. The bio-based resin band fastens with a traditional pin buckle. Mineral crystal sits over the face, and the white LED backlight includes adjustable afterglow. Water resistance is rated to 200 metres. Assembled at Casio's Yamagata factory in Japan.
