The Walker line sits at the point where sports architecture meets everyday wear — bold proportions, a tachymeter ring, subsidiary registers arranged to read like a chronograph. What the dial actually does is track day, date and 24-hour time, and at 44mm with an 11mm profile that sits flatter against the wrist than the case size might suggest. The movement is SII, the quartz manufacturing arm of Seiko, which means the timekeeping is disciplined to within seconds a month and will ask very little of its owner beyond an occasional battery. The black sunray dial carries Roman numerals alongside baton indices and luminous hands — a deliberate mix that gives the face more character than the usual sports-adjacent layout. At 141 grams on a solid-link bracelet, this wears with presence; it is not a light watch.
