The Classic range is where Lorus does its straightforward work: no complications, no pretension, just a well-made everyday watch backed by Seiko's supply chain and quality control. The PC32 movement inside is a Seiko calibre, which means it will keep time to within half a minute a month and ask very little of its owner beyond an occasional battery. At 41mm across and 10.4mm thick, it wears closer to the wrist than the water resistance rating might suggest — 100m in a case this slim is a useful margin for a watch that will see sinks and rain rather than serious submersion. The green sunray dial shifts in angled light, the pressed pattern giving it some texture without becoming busy, and the brown leather strap grounds it as something that reads better with cloth than with a suit.
