The movement behind it is the Soprod P24OH, a Swiss-made automatic that stands as a genuine alternative to the more common Swiss ebauches — built to similar tolerances, with a 44-hour power reserve and a bidirectional rotor that winds efficiently with ordinary wrist movement. At 42mm across and 12mm thick, the case wears with a dressed-up sportiness: substantial enough to read on the wrist, restrained enough to sit under a cuff. The sunray guilloché black dial gives the surface movement in changing light, and the faceted Dauphine hands carry a fine strip of lume — sufficient for a dimly lit room, not calibrated for anything more demanding. At 185 grams on the wrist, the bracelet has real presence; the butterfly clasp keeps the underside flush and the push-button release makes it straightforward to get on and off cleanly.
