The Edge line is Sekonda's collaboration with Swarovski, and the 2864 shows exactly what the partnership was for: Swarovski crystals line the edges of each barrel link and mark the quarter hours on the dial, so the bracelet and the watch read as a single designed object rather than a case attached to a strap. At 18mm the rectangular case sits narrow on the wrist, which is the point of a watch built around jewellery logic — it disappears into a cuff or lies flat against a bare wrist without competing with whatever else is being worn. The sunray silver dial keeps things calm at the centre while the crystal-set links do the work around it.
