The PRX line reaches back to a Tissot case shape from 1978, and this 35mm version carries the same integrated-bracelet geometry and tonneau silhouette as the original — smooth, low-slung, deliberately of its era. The rose gold bezel, in solid 18K, lifts that foundation without changing its character: the proportions remain those of a restrained seventies dress watch, and the mother-of-pearl dial, with its rose gold tone hands, answers the bezel rather than competing with it. At 35mm the case sits squarely on smaller wrists without overhang, and the lug-to-lug measurement of 34.60mm — shorter than the case is wide — keeps it nestled close to the wrist rather than bridging across it. The Powermatic 80 movement behind the see-through caseback is built around a Nivachron balance spring, a non-ferrous alloy that resists magnetic interference better than traditional materials, which matters more than it once did given how much electromagnetism most people now carry daily.
