Stepping up in Tory Burch's range
The Oval collection sits at the point where Tory Burch treats a watch less as an instrument and more as a piece of set jewellery — the case shape and pavé border doing most of the work, with the blue sunray dial kept intentionally spare so the setting around it reads first. At 28mm across an oval footprint and only 7.3mm thick, it rests flat against the wrist in the way a bangle would, with the butterfly clasp disappearing into the link bracelet so the whole thing reads as a single unbroken form.

Tory Burch opened her first shop in New York in 2004 and built the label on a preppy, colour-confident aesthetic — the double-T medallion, the Reva flat, prints borrowed from her own collection of vintage textiles.
The watches are licensed. Fossil Group holds the agreement and produces the collection, which is sold through the label's own boutiques and through department stores.
Design follows the house rather than watchmaking convention: the double-T logo used as a case shape or a bezel motif, enamel and lacquer dials, mixed metal finishes and interchangeable straps, with a strong gift-market orientation.
Movements are quartz, with a small number of connected models produced during Fossil's smartwatch years.
These are accessories carrying a fashion name, priced accordingly, and none the worse for being clear about it.
