A sport chronograph built around contrast: the all-black ion-plated case and bracelet act as a backdrop that makes the red accents and silver-tone sub-dials register immediately, even in poor light. The tachymeter bezel earns its place on a dial arranged to be read quickly rather than admired slowly. At 44mm it fills the wrist without overhanging it, and the 10 to 11mm case depth means it clears a shirt cuff without catching. The screwback adds a measure of solidity the price bracket does not always deliver.
