The Conquest name has been registered Longines property since 1954, which makes it one of the longer-running identities in Swiss watchmaking. The 38mm case is a more recent addition to the modern line — the collection previously stepped from smaller sizes straight to 41mm — and it brings the proportion down to where the watch sits comfortably within a shirt cuff rather than pushing against it. The white sandblasted dial sits quietly in the case, reading clearly without drawing attention to itself.
