A field-oriented design built around a bi-directional rotating compass bezel with knurled, gear-like edges. The 41mm stainless steel case runs 13.2mm thick with a 48.5mm lug-to-lug span, fitted with a screw-down exhibition caseback. The coyote brown dial carries bold numerals and LumiBrite hands and indices, with day and date displayed at three o'clock. Beneath is Seiko's 4R36 calibre, offering manual winding, hacking seconds, and roughly 41 hours of power reserve. A heavy-duty Cordura nylon strap in brown closes with a pin buckle.
