Tissot Seastar 2000 44mm Mens Watch Black
Ref. T1209071105100
Sits in Tissot’s upper tier here — more premium than three quarters of the Tissot watches we list, which start at £270.
Price range £270 to £2,740 across 233 Tissot watches in stock. The 2026 Seastar 2000 is the first meaningful rework of this line in some time, and the headline decision is restraint: Tissot pulled the case back from 46mm to 44mm and shaved the thickness from 16.25mm to 15.29mm, a small-looking change that makes a real difference in how the watch sits. The 46mm generation was a commitment; this one will clear a shirt cuff on most wrists and stop short of the overhang that made its predecessor awkward on anything under seven inches. The Powermatic 80 inside is the right movement for a watch used hard — 80 hours of reserve means three days off the wrist without resetting, and the Nivachron balance spring resists magnetism and temperature swings better than conventional hairsprings. The exhibition caseback is worth opening: the finishing is honest and the rotor carries its own weight. ISO 6425:2018 certified and fitted with a helium escape valve, it is built for saturation diving rather than pool swimming, which the ceramic unidirectional bezel and screw-down crown reflect. The power reserve indicator on the dial is a practical addition at this depth rating, not a decorative one.
