A 36mm gold-tone ionic plated stainless steel case, 10mm thick, carries a gold dial dressed with baton markers and a crystal-accented bezel. The Seiko VX3JE quartz movement drives a multifunction display showing the 24-hour time, day of the week, and date. The gold-tone link bracelet tapers from 18mm at the lugs to 16mm at the push-button deployment clasp, fitting wrists between 140mm and 190mm. Mineral glass sits over the dial, and the watch is rated to 50 metres of water resistance.

Tommy Hilfiger founded his label in New York in 1985, building it on American preppy sportswear — nautical stripes, red-white-and-blue, collegiate references. The watches are produced under licence by Movado Group.
They follow the clothing closely: large legible dials, silicone and steel bracelets, and frequent use of the house colour palette. Movements are quartz throughout at the volume end of the range.
