The Hudson sits in a 44mm stainless steel case, 12mm thick, with a fixed gold-plated tachymeter bezel framing a silver-white dial. Three sub-dials are arranged across the face, showing 24-hour time, day of the week at 3 o'clock, and date at 6 o'clock. Gold-tone hands carry luminous treatment, and hour markers alternate across the dial. The two-tone bracelet pairs silver stainless steel with gold ion-plating at a 22mm lug width, closing with a push-button deployment clasp. A Seiko VX9J quartz movement runs beneath mineral crystal, with water resistance to 50 metres.

Tommy Hilfiger founded his label in New York in 1985, building it on American preppy sportswear — nautical stripes, red-white-and-blue, collegiate references. The watches are produced under licence by Movado Group.
They follow the clothing closely: large legible dials, silicone and steel bracelets, and frequent use of the house colour palette. Movements are quartz throughout at the volume end of the range.
