The Belvoir sits at the point where a watch becomes an accessory first. The square gold PVD case carries no hour markers on its pink dial — just the Westwood orb, centred, doing the work that indices would otherwise do. It is a deliberate choice that aligns the piece with the house's jewellery sensibility rather than its horology, and the dial reads accordingly: as a surface to look at, not a tool to consult. At 25mm the case is compact, but the bracelet matches it exactly in width, so the whole thing sits on the wrist as a single continuous cuff rather than a watch on a strap. At 107 grams it has presence without weight becoming an issue across a day. The pink enamel and gold plating on the bracelet carry the dial colour outward, which gives the piece a coherence that most fashion watches at this scale do not quite manage.

Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren opened a shop at 430 King's Road in 1971, and over the next few years it became the outfitter of British punk. Westwood went on to become one of the most decorated designers Britain has produced, with the orb logo — a sovereign's orb with a Saturn ring — as the house signature from 1987.
The watches are licensed rather than made in-house, produced under agreement by a British accessories manufacturer and sold through department stores and jewellers.
They carry the house language directly: the orb on the crown or the dial, tartan and heritage-check straps, asymmetric cases, and a willingness to be decorative that most watch brands avoid. Quartz movements, fashion pricing.
Westwood died in 2022. The house continues, and the watch line with it.
