Stepping up in the same colour and case shape
At 48mm across and 13mm thick, this is a substantial watch that makes no attempt to sit quietly on the wrist. The black PVD stainless steel case carries a fixed black bezel, and the black sunray dial is marked with red stick indices and luminescent hands. Three sub-dials track 60 seconds, 30 minutes, and 24 hours, with a date window positioned at 9 o'clock. A red logo-pressed silicone strap with a pin buckle completes the two-tone contrast. Water resistant to 50 metres.

Renzo Rosso founded Diesel in Molvena in 1978, building a denim brand on deliberate irreverence. The watches, produced under licence by Fossil Group, carry that attitude directly.
Where most fashion watches aim for restraint, Diesel does the opposite: oversized cases frequently past 50mm, blacked-out finishes, exposed screws, multiple crowns, and dials that prioritise visual impact over legibility. The Mr Daddy models stack four time zones onto a single dial.
Whether that appeals is a matter of taste, but the design intent is consistent and unmistakable, which is more than can be said for much of the category.
