At 57mm across and 14mm thick, this is a deliberately oversized watch built around a stainless steel case with black ion plating in brushed and polished finishes. The black textured dial carries rose gold and grey detailing, with chronograph sub-dials, a 24-hour display, four independent time zone readings, and a date window all arranged across the face. Luminous hands aid legibility in low light. The black calf leather strap features rose gold-tone screw ornaments at the lugs and fastens with a buckle. A scratch-resistant mineral crystal sits over the dial.

Renzo Rosso founded Diesel in Molvena in 1978, building a denim brand on deliberate irreverence. The watches, produced under licence by Fossil Group, carry that attitude directly.
Where most fashion watches aim for restraint, Diesel does the opposite: oversized cases frequently past 50mm, blacked-out finishes, exposed screws, multiple crowns, and dials that prioritise visual impact over legibility. The Mr Daddy models stack four time zones onto a single dial.
Whether that appeals is a matter of taste, but the design intent is consistent and unmistakable, which is more than can be said for much of the category.
