A clean white sunray dial, day display at twelve and date at three, both readable at a glance — this is a straightforwardly dressed watch that does a practical job without drawing attention to the mechanism behind it. The gold PVD case and three-link bracelet read as one continuous piece on the wrist, which at 36mm sits well on a range of wrist sizes without the bracelet overwhelming the dial. The bubble lens over the date window at three o'clock is a small flourish that gives the watch a little more character than the specification suggests.
