The updated dial removes the Arabic numerals that characterised earlier quartz references, replacing them with applied indexes alone — a cleaner, more contemporary reading that aligns the quartz range more closely with the collection's automatic siblings. On the wrist the black sandblasted dial absorbs light rather than reflecting it, which keeps the watch from reading as flashy despite the polished hands cutting across it. The Super-LumiNova on those hands and indexes is useful rather than decorative at this depth rating, and the double safety clasp with its push-piece opening and micro-adjustment system means the bracelet fits as precisely at the end of the day as it does in the morning.
