The monochrome black PVD case and bracelet form the base, then aqua hands, indices and bezel markings cut through in exactly the accent colour that runs through those custom interiors. The connection is decorative rather than mechanical, but it is coherent. At 45mm and 190 grams, this wears with real authority — the bracelet alone has enough heft to make itself felt through the day, and it suits wrists that can carry the width. The Miyota JS50 is a well-proven Japanese quartz chronograph calibre: accurate, unfussy, and entirely in keeping with a watch whose ambitions are visual rather than horological.

The Maserati brothers founded their workshop in Bologna in 1914 and built racing cars that won the Targa Florio and the Indianapolis 500. The trident emblem comes from the Fountain of Neptune in Bologna.
The watches are a licensed line produced by Morellato Group in Italy, not by the carmaker. They draw openly on automotive design: tachymeter bezels, perforated leather straps recalling racing gloves, dashboard-style dials, and case shapes referencing grilles and instrument binnacles.
Movements are quartz and bought-in automatic. The appeal is the association and the styling rather than the mechanics.
