The Underlined collection is Police's attempt at industrial-scale wrist presence — large cases, heavy surface treatment, dials that read from across the room. At 46mm in black PVD, this one sits firmly in that territory, and the green sunray dial against the darkened case creates a contrast that holds up in dim light as well as full sun. Eighty-six grams on a leather strap is noticeable without being uncomfortable, and the textured grain strap adds some grip to keep the case from sliding. The date sits cleanly at three without crowding the dial, and the outer track framing the chapter ring gives the face a structured, layered look that rewards a second glance.

Police began in Italy in 1983 as an eyewear brand under the Vogue and later De Rigo groups, and built its identity on sunglasses worn by film and music figures through the 1980s and 1990s.
The watches are licensed rather than made in-house, produced under agreement by a specialist watch manufacturer and sold through jewellers and department stores alongside the eyewear and fragrance.
Design follows the label: heavy cases, dark PVD finishes, exposed screws and industrial detailing, skull and heraldic motifs, and a masculine, deliberately loud aesthetic that changes with the season rather than the decade.
