That idea has been refined through successive generations, and the Connect Sport is the current expression: smaller than the 47mm Connect Solar it follows, and built around an AMOLED touchscreen rather than a traditional dial, while keeping the tactile sapphire that started the line a quarter of a century ago. The titanium case sits at 43.75mm but wears closer to something smaller, the lug-to-lug geometry pulling it tighter to the wrist than the diameter alone suggests. At 13.5mm thick, it clears a cuff without drama — uncommon for a watch carrying this much, given the altitude sensor, heart rate monitor, perpetual calendar, chronograph with lap logging, and the rest of the function list. Solar charging via SwALPS means months of connected use and effectively indefinite runtime in watch mode. The silicone strap releases without tools, which matters when a watch is in and out of the water as often as this one is likely to be.
