The Oval collection sits at the point where Tory Burch's accessories sensibility meets the wristwatch format — the brief was clearly to produce something that reads as jewellery first. The oval case, the pavé-set bezel and the mother-of-pearl dial in a two-hand configuration all serve that intention: nothing here suggests sporting use or technical ambition, and nothing is meant to. At 22mm wide and 28mm lug-to-lug, this sits genuinely small even by dress-watch standards, and at 7.3mm thick it will disappear beneath a cuff or stack comfortably alongside bangles. The two-tone bracelet — gold and silver links secured by a butterfly clasp concealed within the links — keeps the underside as clean as the dial face, which matters on a piece this size, where clutter would overwhelm it.

Tory Burch opened her first shop in New York in 2004 and built the label on a preppy, colour-confident aesthetic — the double-T medallion, the Reva flat, prints borrowed from her own collection of vintage textiles.
The watches are licensed. Fossil Group holds the agreement and produces the collection, which is sold through the label's own boutiques and through department stores.
Design follows the house rather than watchmaking convention: the double-T logo used as a case shape or a bezel motif, enamel and lacquer dials, mixed metal finishes and interchangeable straps, with a strong gift-market orientation.
Movements are quartz, with a small number of connected models produced during Fossil's smartwatch years.
These are accessories carrying a fashion name, priced accordingly, and none the worse for being clear about it.
