Stepping up in Versace's range
A 35mm stainless steel case houses a green dial with gold-applied index hour markers and luminous hands. The bezel carries an engraved meander pattern in gold PVD, and the Medusa logo sits at twelve o'clock alongside a date window at three. The sapphire crystal resists scratching, while the two-tone bracelet combines silver and gold PVD finishing, secured with a deployment buckle. Inside, a Ronda 515 Swiss quartz movement drives the three-hand display. Water resistance reaches 50 metres.

Learn more about Versace
Gianni Versace founded his house in Milan in 1978 and built it on maximalism — bold prints, Greek key borders, and the Medusa head he took from the floor of the Roman ruins he played in as a child. Donatella Versace took over after his death in 1997.
The watches are Swiss made, produced through Timex Group's Swiss division, and carry the house iconography prominently: Medusa medallions on dials and crowns, Greca patterns on bezels and bracelets.
Movements are Swiss quartz and automatic. The watches sit above the licensed-fashion tier on build, while remaining unmistakably design-led rather than horology-led.

Frequently asked questions, and things you should know about this watch
Can I swim with it?
Showering yes, swimming no. 50m covers splashes and brief immersion, but a swimming stroke generates well above the pressure that figure describes.
Water resistance explainedWill the glass scratch?
Unlikely. Sapphire is second only to diamond in hardness and shrugs off everyday marking.
Sapphire, mineral and acrylic comparedDoes it need a battery?
Yes. It is quartz, so expect a battery change every two to three years at a jeweller.
Quartz, automatic and solar comparedIs it a men's or women's watch?
Listed as women's, though at 35mm it sits in the range that suits anyone.
