The Thrill SGT is a licensing collaboration between Aston Martin and the Timex Group, built to carry the car brand's visual language onto the wrist — podium green dial, dashboard-style numerals, and a perforated tan rally strap that reads directly as motorsport before you register any of the functions. At 42mm it sits squarely in the comfort zone for a chronograph of this type, and the 13.5mm case is honest about what a quartz multifunction movement requires: no thinner than it needs to be, no thicker than it should be. The green holds differently in shade and sunlight — muted and composed indoors, noticeably vivid outside — and the silver top ring gives the tachymeter bezel a two-tone separation that keeps the dial from reading as flat. The tan perforated leather strap is the detail that earns its keep. Rally perforation on a strap this colour against this dial is a considered choice rather than a default, and the contrast stitching reinforces it. It will soften and settle with wear in a way the silicone variant will not.
