The Scraper takes its name seriously. Diesel built the collection around an industrial design language, and the hexagonal case is the clearest expression of that — angular where most watches at this size are round, with geometry that reads more like a structural component than a conventional watch case. At 43mm across but only 10mm deep, it sits flatter on the wrist than the weight suggests, and 100 grams on a steel bracelet is something you feel in a way that reinforces the industrial intention rather than working against it. The sunray-finished black dial with its white and orange accents catches directional light well, giving the face some movement without complicating the read. The deployant clasp fastens with a push-button release and an integrated safety catch, which is a more considered mechanism than the price bracket usually demands.

Renzo Rosso founded Diesel in Molvena in 1978, building a denim brand on deliberate irreverence. The watches, produced under licence by Fossil Group, carry that attitude directly.
Where most fashion watches aim for restraint, Diesel does the opposite: oversized cases frequently past 50mm, blacked-out finishes, exposed screws, multiple crowns, and dials that prioritise visual impact over legibility. The Mr Daddy models stack four time zones onto a single dial.
