Stepping up in the same colour and case shape
At 51mm across, the Mega Chief sits large on the wrist — a deliberate choice that defines the whole design. The black PVD case houses a black dial with an iridescent, multi-colour crystal effect and "Only the Brave" text, with chronograph sub-dials and a date window arranged across the face. Hands and indices read clearly against the dark ground. A brown leather strap with buckle closure balances the substantial case. Mineral crystal sits over the dial, and water resistance is rated to 100 metres.

Renzo Rosso founded Diesel in Molvena in 1978, building a denim brand on deliberate irreverence. The watches, produced under licence by Fossil Group, carry that attitude directly.
Where most fashion watches aim for restraint, Diesel does the opposite: oversized cases frequently past 50mm, blacked-out finishes, exposed screws, multiple crowns, and dials that prioritise visual impact over legibility. The Mr Daddy models stack four time zones onto a single dial.
Whether that appeals is a matter of taste, but the design intent is consistent and unmistakable, which is more than can be said for much of the category.
