Named after the Wallace Collection, this watch draws its character from the decorative arts that fill those rooms — the gilded surfaces, the baroque ornament, the sense that every object was made to be looked at closely. The dial is jacquard-etched and set with Swarovski crystal indices, with the Westwood orb sitting at twelve o'clock in place of any conventional hour marker. The deep green against the gold PVD case is a combination the brand has always understood: it reads as deliberate rather than incidental. At 37mm and 8mm deep it wears closer to a classic dress proportion than a fashion watch tends to, and at 109g the bracelet has a satisfying solidity on the wrist. The fold-over deployant clasp and adjustable links mean the fit can be dialled in properly rather than left approximate — the bracelet accommodates up to 180mm, which covers most wrists with room to find the exact point.

Vivienne Westwood and Malcolm McLaren opened a shop at 430 King's Road in 1971, and over the next few years it became the outfitter of British punk. Westwood went on to become one of the most decorated designers Britain has produced, with the orb logo — a sovereign's orb with a Saturn ring — as the house signature from 1987.
The watches are licensed rather than made in-house, produced under agreement by a British accessories manufacturer and sold through department stores and jewellers.
They carry the house language directly: the orb on the crown or the dial, tartan and heritage-check straps, asymmetric cases, and a willingness to be decorative that most watch brands avoid. Quartz movements, fashion pricing.
Westwood died in 2022. The house continues, and the watch line with it.
