Stepping up in the same colour and case shape
The NEVEREST takes its name and its texture from the Himalayas — the dial graduates from black to grey in a pattern that traces the jagged profile of the peaks, and the orange Super-LumiNova filling the hands and markers is not a styling choice but a legibility one, drawn from the conditions faced by the Sherpa guides who inspired the watch. Of the 350 pieces made, each carries the story on its exhibition caseback, where the limited-edition rotor is finished with orange text visible through flat sapphire. Ten per cent of proceeds from every NEVEREST sold goes to the Butterfly Help Project in Nepal, which supports the families of Sherpas lost in the mountains. On the wrist, the 40mm DLC-coated case reads larger than that lug-to-lug measurement — 48.3mm — would usually suggest, because the orange rubber strap integrates directly into the case rather than sitting beneath lugs. The compass bezel rotates both ways and the N08 calibre inside is COSC-certified, built on the Sellita SW200-1 and running to a 41-hour reserve. The customisable screw-on plate on the left flank is a detail that either matters to an owner or it does not; for the right person it turns a limited piece into a personal one.
