Norqain Freedom Chrono Enjoy Life Sprinkles 40mm
Ref. N2201.19S04.K01.S01
The Freedom Chrono Enjoy Life series is Norqain's deliberately playful departure from the subdued palette that characterises most of the Freedom line — and the Sprinkles edition takes that premise as far as it goes. The matte pink dial is scattered with multi-coloured Super-LumiNova dots that read as decoration in daylight and glow as a field of colour in the dark. On certain dates, the date window swaps its numeral for a soft-serve ice cream icon, which is either charming or too much depending on the wearer, and the watch makes no apology for that. Underneath the confectionery surface sits a movement with a serious reputation. The N19 is built on the Sellita SW510 architecture, a chronograph base the Swiss industry has spent decades proving in service, and Norqain's modification pushes the power reserve to 62 hours — enough that a weekend off the wrist causes no disruption on Monday. The box-type sapphire crystal, double anti-reflective coated, gives the dial a slightly domed, vintage depth that photographs cannot quite capture. A customisable engraving plate on the left flank of the case is an unusual touch: unusual enough to be worth knowing about before the watch arrives.

Frequently asked questions, and things you should know about this watch
Can I swim with it?
Yes. At 100m it is rated for swimming and snorkelling, though not for diving.
Will the glass scratch?
Unlikely. Sapphire is second only to diamond in hardness and shrugs off everyday marking.
Does it need a battery?
No. It is automatic — the motion of your wrist winds it, and there is no cell to replace.
How long does it run for when it's not worn?
About 62 hours fully wound — enough to survive a night off the wrist, but not a full weekend.
What size strap does it take?
20mm. Any strap of that width will fit, and on most modern watches quick-release bars make the swap a two-minute job with no tools.
Is it a men's or women's watch?
Listed as unisex, and at this size it suits any wrist that takes the dimensions.
