The Tonda PF line was built around a particular argument: that serious complications should not announce themselves through bulk or busyness. This annual calendar makes that case more forcefully than anything else in the collection. The date travels as a retrograde hand along the outer rim of the dial, keeping the centre clear for the day, month and a moonphase accurate to both hemispheres across 122 years — an arrangement that requires only one correction per year, at the end of February, however many functions are running beneath it. At 11.1mm the case wears remarkably flat for a watch carrying this much mechanism, and the integrated bracelet means it lies against the wrist rather than sitting above it. The grey dial is not simply printed: a grain d'orge guilloché runs underneath the warm tone, visible when light crosses it at an angle, while the skeletonised delta hands keep the surface legible rather than decorated.
