Police Urban Rebel Grey IP Blue Silicone Strap Watch - W44133
Ref. PEWJQ9003402
Sits in Police’s upper tier here — more premium than three quarters of the Police watches we list, which start at £50.
Price range £50 to £209 across 37 Police watches in stock. At 48mm across on a 26mm strap, this is a watch that announces itself — built for wrists that can carry the weight, and at 100 grams it has real presence without feeling ungainly. The tonneau case shape helps it sit against the wrist rather than hover over it, which matters at this size. The sub-dials read day and date rather than acting as a chronograph, a practical choice that keeps the face legible where a stopped-clock complication would just add clutter. The blue silicone strap is the right call against the gunmetal PVD — it pulls the whole thing away from monochrome severity without asking for much in return. For daily urban wear at this scale, silicone handles itself better than leather, and the standard buckle lets you find the fit precisely.

Learn more about Police
Police began in Italy in 1983 as an eyewear brand under the Vogue and later De Rigo groups, and built its identity on sunglasses worn by film and music figures through the 1980s and 1990s.
The watches are licensed rather than made in-house, produced under agreement by a specialist watch manufacturer and sold through jewellers and department stores alongside the eyewear and fragrance.
Design follows the label: heavy cases, dark PVD finishes, exposed screws and industrial detailing, skull and heraldic motifs, and a masculine, deliberately loud aesthetic that changes with the season rather than the decade.
Movements are quartz, occasionally multi-function, and prices sit in the fashion-watch bracket.
Taken as an accessory that matches a particular look, the range does what it sets out to. It is not a watchmaking company and does not present itself as one.

Frequently asked questions, and things you should know about this watch
Can I swim with it?
Showering yes, swimming no. 50m covers splashes and brief immersion, but a swimming stroke generates well above the pressure that figure describes.
Will the glass scratch?
Unlikely. Sapphire is second only to diamond in hardness and shrugs off everyday marking.
Does it need a battery?
Yes. It is quartz, so expect a battery change every two to three years at a jeweller.
What size strap does it take?
26mm. Any strap of that width will fit, and on most modern watches quick-release bars make the swap a two-minute job with no tools.
Is it a men's or women's watch?
Listed as men's.
