Stepping up in Diesel's range
At 51mm across and 12mm thick, this is a deliberately oversized round-cased chronograph with a gunmetal ion-plated stainless steel case. The white dial carries luminous stick hour markers with blue and black accents, three sub-dials tracking seconds, minutes, and tenths of a second, and a date window at three o'clock. An iridescent scratch-resistant mineral crystal sits above it all. The thick tan-brown leather strap is 26mm at the lug and fastens with a gunmetal tang buckle. Water resistance is rated to 100 metres.

Renzo Rosso founded Diesel in Molvena in 1978, building a denim brand on deliberate irreverence. The watches, produced under licence by Fossil Group, carry that attitude directly.
Where most fashion watches aim for restraint, Diesel does the opposite: oversized cases frequently past 50mm, blacked-out finishes, exposed screws, multiple crowns, and dials that prioritise visual impact over legibility. The Mr Daddy models stack four time zones onto a single dial.
Whether that appeals is a matter of taste, but the design intent is consistent and unmistakable, which is more than can be said for much of the category.
